A chapter closes – a new one begins.
The pop-up restaurant Feinwerk by Himura will bid farewell at the end of 2025 – as planned – making way for an exciting new culinary chapter!
With its Japanese sharing concept and creative sushi variations, Feinwerk by Himura has delighted countless new guests over the past 1.5 years, enriched our events, and added a fresh touch to Regensdorf’s culinary scene. Guests can enjoy the dishes at feinWERK until December 15, 2025.
“Feinwerk by Himura not only allowed us to expand our gastronomic offerings, but also helped draw attention to our location and attract new audiences,” explains Roger Gloor, host of Thessoni Regensdorf. “The project has shown that innovative pop-up concepts can stand out even in a saturated market.”
The concept also served as a stage for a variety of events – from business dinners to cultural evenings – contributing to the lively atmosphere at Thessoni Regensdorf.
